It's Tulip Time! Or at least it was...! I was so excited to get to shoot this engagement session during Tulip Time at Lake Shawnee. I have been to the lake on many occasions over the last couple of years, but this was my first session that fell during this time of year. It was so fun! I LOVE flowers (and it's driving me bonkers I haven't had a time to plant my own yet this Spring), so I got to live vicariously through them I suppose as we walked through this gorgeous garden. Thanks to Kansas we had to have SOMETHING to contend with of course, and on this particular day, it was the wind...but we did it! And their images are adorable!
